The school was dedicated to the community on Sep 14, 2021. Many community members came out to celebrate this tremendous acheivement. The Joan C Orr Adademy is the first school in this community and for many kids this will be their first chance to go to school.
The school’s founder, Morris Darbo gave a moving speech, welcoming the students, teachers and parents and all the people who have made this dream come to life.
